THE ASSAULT (April 21, 2014)

Well, this was an interesting week that passed by in a second.
Monday was my BFFLE, excuse me, my companions cumple mes (one month anniversary), and we were robbed, lolol nos asaltaron! It was the best!! hahaha but that is what we get for not listening to the Spirit. But, the whispers were soooo soft... We were walking and we came down to this bridge. We stopped to make a call... but I thought, oh we should keep walking, but i didn't say it out loud. There was a guy on the bridge and he started walking away, but turned around and came to us, and was like.... the cell phone!!... and we were like.... huh seriously?? you want this brick? and so we handed over the cell pohone and walked away. Then we were like.... OMG, what did we just do!? hahahhaha really.... we hated that phone and tried to get rid of it.   ;)    jk   it was cool.  I know the Lord was protecting us, but if i would have said something, we wouldn't have found ourselves in that situation. My companion tambien (also) felt like we shouldn't walk there, but....  hey we definitely learned our lesson :)  follow the mission manual and walk in area only with light!!! hahaha  ugh and right before that, everyone and their grandma rejected us. haha it was a rough day.
Tuesday... well, was similar. everyone was just not in the mood to hear about Jesus Christ. and then we had this planning session for a few hours that was soooo boring. and then we went to ward council and went to a less active members house and they... well they said some reaaaallly mean things to us and don't want to know anything about God and I was like... uh.. OK.     and I  of course felt really bad, but i have had the strongest conversion of my whole life this transfer and was like. nothing is going to get me down.... but my comp was sooooo broken and sad and in tears and so we just walked a bit.... and had a moment of silence and we touched a door and this sweet old lady came out and obvi had no clue what just happened to us, but she told us all the sweetest things in the world and was like you guys are amazing. I believe what you do. why else would two beautiful younger whipper snappers like you be doing this? OK she didn't say whipper snappers, but along the lines of, and that was awesome! :)  Then, it was time to go home and we did so, because we neeed to sleep. aha!
Wednesday... we had the best reunion ever!!! The mission president and his assistants got together all this information about the great apostasy and  made a cool paper for us about all these history facts, and they helped us sooooo much. Then they gave a capacitación (training) about the restoration. It was soooooo great! I love it!!!
Thursday! All of our plans fell through and we died. Every thing. Every person. It was the best haha, but we were able to bounce back no worries.

Friday, was the worst day ever.  jk,  it was just the most disgusting. This week was semana santa, osea Easter week or Holy week, and  today they gave us fanesca. We were stoked the first time, but then the second house gave us some... and the third house too.... and I hate fish... and omg just look up fanesca it's barf, it's seriously barf.... and my companion threw her plate on the floor outside .... on accident, but I say it was on purpose. Smart move Hna Irepan smoooooooth. and the dog came and ate it all up!!! hahaha   oh man I love her she's the best.
And the rest was kicks and giggles and unicorns and rainbows. There was a stake conference with Elder Richard G. Scott and Elder Holland.  That was really bomb.  :9 the best really :)=

Hey the church is true. I promise. I have no doubts about that.  Ask the missionaries and they will help you. Love you all and I hope you have a great week :)
